Attendance Verification To ensure all spots are utilized, a confirmation request will be emailed to all registrants 72 hours before the event. You must respond to this email to confirm your attendance. If a response is not received within 24 hours of the request, your spot will be forfeited and offered to the next member on the waitlist.

Attendance Confirmation: All registered guests will receive a confirmation request via email 72 hours prior to the event.
Response Deadline: You must confirm your attendance by responding to that email. If a confirmation is not received within 24 hours of the request, your registration will be released to the next member on our waitlist.
Waitlist: Once the registration limit is reached, additional members will be placed on a waitlist and notified in the order they registered if spots become available.

Media Participation & Image Removal Policy

As the Rally Drive is held in a public venue, attendees and/or their vehicles may be captured in photographs or video recordings. By participating, you acknowledge that the Rocky Mountain Chapter may use this content in official club media, including our website, newsletters, and social media platforms.

Removal Requests: We respect the privacy of our members. If you find a published image or video of yourself or your vehicle that you would like removed, you have the right to submit a formal request. Please provide the specific details of the media in writing to registrar@rmcbmwcca.org. Our team will review and process your request for removal from chapter-controlled digital platforms in a timely manner.
