Thank you for registering for the RMC BMW 2026 Fall High-Performance Driving School. Here are things to prepare well in advance of the school to ensure a smooth day and quick check-in:

BEFORE THE EVENT:

Tech Inspection: Within 4 weeks of the event, print out the Tech Inspection form and bring it and your car to one of the shops listed on the RMC website to be inspected. Some of these shops will perform the inspection for free, others may charge a fee. If none of these shops are located close to you, you may have your car inspected by any ASE-certified mechanic. You must bring the completed and signed Tech Inspection form with you to the school. We encourage you to have your car inspected early enough to address any issues that may be uncovered. TIP: Ensure each blank with your name, car model, and signature is filled in on the form.

Car Numbers: All drivers are responsible for providing and placing their assigned number and run group letters on BOTH sides of their cars. You may choose to purchase magnetic or vinyl numbers or you can make your own with masking tape or print them.

Numbers must be at least 8″ tall, with a 1″ stroke (thickness)
Run group letters must be at least 4″ tall
Run group letters are defined as AS (A-Solo), A, B, C, D.
Numbers and letters must have sufficient contrast to car color to be easily legible to corner workers when the car is at speed (ie. no blue on blue)
Numbers and letters must be placed on BOTH sides of the car
The ordering will be number, then letter, i.e. "34 C"

Check-In: Bring the following items with you to the HPR pavilion. You will be asked to step out of the check-in line if you are missing an item or forms are not complete.

Speed Waiver (SW) confirmation: Have your SW photo visible on your cell phone
Completed, signed Tech Inspection form
Helmet: Even if your helmet was teched at an earlier event, the current tech sticker will need to be confirmed. RENTALS: Bring your valid Colorado Driver’s License in exchange for the helmet.

Weather: The driving school will run rain or shine. Dress for Colorado weather... which means bring clothes for hot, cold, sun, rain, and maybe even snow.
Bring your helmet, lots of water, snacks, sunscreen, hat, folding chair, full tank of gas, and lunch (or money for lunch). Iced water will be available for reusable bottles.
Drive safely and cautiously to and from the track. The State Patrol is aware of HPR events and they will aggressively patrol the roads leading to and from the track and I-70. No one wants a ticket after a fun day at the track!
Be familiar with the schedule and be sure you arrive on time to check in and prepare your car. Check-in starts at 6:30 am.
DO NOT BE LATE TO THE DRIVERS MEETING AT 7:30 am SHARP.
